Our Communications group combines the necessary experience and practical knowledge of communications law and policy to stay fully abreast of the revolutionary advances and convergence in the telecom sector, creating unprecedented opportunities and challenges for our clients.  We use this experience to help our clients in shaping government decisions to gain a competitive edge.  Our goal is to understand a communications policy issue both substantively and politically, and to use the combined skills and knowledge of its team to help our clients achieve their objectives.  Having advanced telecom and technology issues before the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government, our team is uniquely qualified to consider, and if necessary pursue, a range of legislative, regulatory and even judicial options to assist its clients.  Our lawyers were involved in the implementation of the landmark Telecommunications Act of 1996, and are currently engaged, among other things, on issues related to Telecom Act reform and other issues of importance to their communications clients.
