Michelle Sherman

Michelle Sherman is special counsel in the Government Contracts Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she specializes in complex litigation matters. 

Areas of Practice

Ms. Sherman has handled all aspects of business litigation cases, including shareholder disputes involving the right of first refusal, claims of unfair competition under California Business and Professions Code Section 17200, and tortious interference with business relations.  Ms. Sherman has extensive trial experience, including 7 jury trials in which her client was the prevailing party.  Ms. Sherman also teaches trial advocacy to lawyers as a faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
