Ms. Roberts is an associate in the White Collar and Civil Fraud Defense Practice Group in the firm's Del Mar Heights office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Roberts has experience with civil and criminal matters in both state and federal court. She has assisted clients in enforcement proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Ms. Roberts has also worked on cases involving tort claims, contract disputes, construction defect, and white collar crime.

Representative Matters
Representing former Mayor and the President of the San Diego City Council in U.S. Attorney, SEC, and civil investigations.
Interviewed numerous witnesses, compiled documents and information, and prepared a response on behalf of a U.S. corporation which ended investigation by the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Represented environmental consulting firm in personal injury action. Prepared and defended successful summary judgment motion.
Represented developer in contract/ mechanics' lien dispute. Argued successful motion to set aside entry of default.
