Arianna B. Chernove

Ms. Chernove is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Washington, DC office.  Ms. Chernove is also part of the firm's Food and Drug Team in Washington, DC.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Chernove has experience representing clients in Patent Litigation, particularly life science based patents.  Within the Intellectual Property Group, Ms. Chernove focuses on Patent Litigation, Trademark and Copyright matters, unfair competition, and other related transactions.  As part of the Food and Drug Team, Ms. Chernove counsels clients regarding compliance with Food and Drug laws and regulations, particularly FDA and USDA regulatory issues.

Prior to joining the firm as a Summer Associate, Ms. Chernove worked at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, DC Civil Division, as well as the Department of Justice, Criminal Fraud Section, focusing on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA").
