Franklin C. Turner

Mr. Turner is an associate in the Government Contracts and Regulated Industries Practice Group in the Firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Turner has experience counseling clients in a wide variety of litigation-related matters. His experience includes advising clients on government contracts, antitrust, intellectual property, and administrative law issues.

Prior to joining the Firm as a Summer Associate, Mr. Turner worked as a law clerk at the United States Merit Systems Protection Board, where he assisted government lawyers in litigating employment-related claims on behalf of the United States.
