Jun Xu

Mr. Xu is a Visiting Foreign Attorney in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's New York office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Xu has substantial experience in China-related business and counsels corporate issues, commercial contracts, financing, antitrust, investment, IT transactions, risk management, etc. He also advises on business in the maritime transport, logistics and international trade. Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Mr. Xu worked as a Chinese in-house lawyer with COSCO (China Ocean Shipping Company) for more than seven years, and he is expert in the multinational corporation's legal affairs.
