Adam Shipley

Mr. Shipley is an associate in the corporate securities practice group in the firm's Del Mar office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Shipley practices in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis in representing both privately held and publicly traded emerging growth companies.  Mr. Shipley assists companies with general corporate matters, securities transactions, SEC compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
