Jay Molloy

Jay Molloy is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.

Areas of Practice

For more than three decades, Jay Molloy has assisted clients with issues faced by entrepreneurial and middle market companies, including: mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; joint ventures; public and private equity and debt financings, venture capital financings; strategic alliances; executive compensation; complex contractual matters; business formation; and tax planning. His clients include healthcare providers, software and hardware companies, service and maintenance firms, telecommunications firms, medical device manufacturers, Internet companies, measuring device manufacturers and research and development partnerships involving the makers of robotics, supercomputers, digital switches, laser disc equipment and CAD/CAM systems. Mr. Molloy also has experience in animated film production, avionics, construction, food distribution, metal fabrication and child care.

Mr. Molloy was previously with the law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
