With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Karamali enjoys an active practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, licensing and technology transactions, company formation and seed/venture capital financing, outsourcing, and domestic and international joint ventures. Mr. Karamali represents a broad range of clients including emerging technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.
