Kirsten Miller is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Miller litigates in multiple areas of employment law. Her practice includes defending employers against class action and individual lawsuits alleging violations of wage and hour laws, as well as defending against discrimination, harassment, retailiation, wrongful termination, breach of contract and other related claims. Ms. Miller has also successfully defended and prosecuted employment-related trade secret claims. Additionally, Ms. Miller advises employers on a wide range of personnel matters, prepares and revises employee handbooks and has conducted sexual harassment training sessions.
