Kris B. Motola

Kris B. Motola is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office. 

Areas of Practice

Mr. Motola's practice includes mergers and acquisitions; corporate, LLC and joint venture formation; the formation and operation of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs); wine industry client representation; and general corporate counseling and commercial transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Motola worked for the Senior General Counsel of Panalpina, Inc. and interned at the Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, in Oakland, CA.
