Jeralin Cardoso

Jeralin Cardoso is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Del Mar Heights office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Cardoso's practice encompasses general corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities compliance and the formation and operation of various business entities. Ms. Cardoso counsels companies in connection with SEC registration statements and reporting, including public offerings, shelf registrations, and 34 Act compliance. She has specific expertise counseling clients on corporate disclosures with respect to climate change. Ms. Cardoso also assists privately held companies in private placement and venture capital financings. Ms. Cardoso has represented companies in the life sciences, education, and aerospace and defense industries.
