Karin Hunter Johnson

Ms. Johnson is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Johnson has experience representing management in employment discrimination suits and labor disputes, and has represented clients in commercial contract disputes.  Ms. Johnson also counsels employers on various labor and employment issues, such as compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), and the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA").
