Keith R. Szeliga is an associate in the Government Contracts & Regulated Industries Practice Group of the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Szeliga regularly assists in the pursuit and defense of bid protest litigation before the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims. In addition, Mr. Szeliga has assisted government contractors and grant holders, as well as private sector clients, with internal investigations relating to allegations of accounting irregularities, bribery, gratuities and fraud, including potential violations of the False Claims Act.

Mr. Szeliga also counsels clients regarding the full spectrum of regulations applicable to federal, state and local government contractors, including restrictions on gratuities, kickbacks, post-government employment and organizational conflicts of interest, to name just a few. In addition, Mr. Szeliga helps clients to identify and mitigate the numerous risks inherent in contracting with public sector entities, particularly with regard to the protection of valuable intellectual property rights.
