Ms. Darling is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP in the Del Mar Heights office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Darling's practice encompasses securities regulation, general business and corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, PIPE transactions, public offerings, private placements, and corporate governance. From 2002 – 2006, she was an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C. ensuring compliance with the federal securities laws in the Division of Corporation Finance. She also was an extern with the Division of Enforcement at the SEC while getting her Masters Degree in Law in Securities and Financial Regulation at Georgetown. She represents both small and large companies ranging from start-ups to well established public companies in a variety of industries including life sciences, software, consumer goods, construction, aerospace and defense, media and e-commerce.
