Ethel Sidney

Ms. Sidney is a contract attorney in the Finance and Bankruptcy practice group in the firm's New York office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Sidney regularly counsels clients in the areas of corporate and commercial transactions with concentrations in equipment finance, real estate finance, corporate finance and real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sidney was a senior attorney at two financial institutions. In her positions, she represented the banks in their acquisitions of various New York branch office locations and in the leasing of New York City office space in bank-owned properties. She specialized in commercial lending and real estate finance, and provided on-going legal counsel on trust activities and corporate financial services.

Ms. Sidney was an associate in the New York offices of O'Melveny & Myer and Whitman & Ransom where she was a member of the Real Estate practice areas of each firm.
