Julie D. Austin

Julie Austin is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Austin's practice focuses on general commercial lending, including real estate and asset-based financing, with an emphasis in hotel and resort financings. Her practice also involves the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of real estate.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Ms. Austin worked as a financial accountant for Hyatt Hotels Corporation and as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP.
