Stacy J. Dollarhide

Ms. Dollarhide is an associate in the Entertainment, Media and Technology Practice Group in the firm's Century City Office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Dollarhide focuses on transactional entertainment matters, including motion picture finance and secured transactions.

Ms. Dollarhide has worked with motion picture studios, distributors and lenders on various types of motion picture financing transactions including international film fund representations and multipicture production financing arrangements. Her experience includes loan documentation, rights analyses and negotiation of all aspects of credit facilities.

Ms. Dollarhide has recently been involved with motion picture projects such as "Columbus Day," Georgia Rule" and "The Good Shepherd."

Ms. Dollarhide also has experience representing independent producers, production companies and other media entities in various aspects of the development, production and distribution of motion pictures and television projects.
