John C. Dineen

Mr. Dineen is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Dineen practices general business and commercial litigation. He has a wide array of experience in complex civil and criminal litigation. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving unfair business practices; breach of contract; negligence; real property; inverse condemnation; franchise agreements; and banking matters.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, Mr. Dineen was a litigation associate at the law firm of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek.
