Morgan Forsey

Morgan Forsey is an associate in the Labor and Employment and Business Trial Practice groups in the firm's San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Forsey's labor and employment practice includes handling the full spectrum of employment matters, including wage and hour class actions, discrimination, retaliatory termination, work place violence, harassment and class action disputes. Ms. Forsey business trials practice includes all aspects of general and complex commercial litigation, with experience in business torts, trademark, trade secrets, contract disputes, insurance and toxic torts.
