Caroline T. Liset

Caroline Liset is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.  Ms. Liset is also a member of the firm's Tax-Exempt Finance Team.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Liset represents major financial institutions in handling the due diligence, negotiation and documentation in connection with real-estate secured construction loans for various types of properties including office buildings and residential developments.  Ms. Liset also has experience representing lenders in conjunction with tax-exempt bond financings of low-income housing projects.  Caroline has also worked with several institutional lenders to finance affordable housing projects through loans and credit enhancement of bonds.

Since joining the firm, Caroline has volunteered for the firm's Violence Against Women's Act Program in assisting victims of domestic violence obtain immigration benefits.
