Amy B. Norris

Amy Norris is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in Sheppard Mullin's San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Norris is experienced in counseling clients on business formation and operation, corporate structuring, corporate governance, and all phases of buying and selling businesses. Ms. Norris has advised foreign businesses on compliance with United States laws and regulations and on international and domestic finance issues and securitization. Ms. Norris has developed agreements for use in international sales transactions, domestic service engagements and employment contexts. She is skilled in commercial litigation, and has litigated disputes involving maritime, lease and international sales contracts, and employment disputes and has helped obtain a multi million dollar verdict in a breach of maritime contract case. Ms. Norris has also participated in resolution of an international dispute arbitrated before the International Chamber of Commerce.
